Nutrition for Health & Performance: Focus on Joint Pain, 9/18, 2-4pm
Joint pain can be disruptive to your daily activities, and interfere with your yoga practice and exercise regime. Although there are a host of conditions that can cause and/or aggravate joint pain, inflammation is usually associated with it. This workshop will examine joint pain within the larger context of chronic inflammation. It will introduce basic steps you can take to manage joint pain through nutrition and dietary supplements. Snack, tea, and handouts provided. $40/person (minimum 4 people to run)
Detox & Digestive Tune up 11/28/10, 1:30-4pm
