Holistic Nutrition Counseling approach food as a healing modality. Based on your interests and health goals this can include some or all of the following: diet analysis and recommendations based on your metabolic assessment; assistance with meal planning; augmentation of recipes to make them healthier; individualized nutritional supplement recommendations; tips on label reading and grocery purchases; and strategies for implementing a seasonal and whole foods diet. Holistic Health Education Classes are typically 2-hours long and emphasize nutritional strategies for improving health. Each participant receives a packet of handouts.
