Level 2 Practice is geared towards intermediate-advanced practitioners who are familiar enough with poses that they can align their own bodies in each posture without my assistance. You will practice along side me while I gives simple instructions and encouragement. Not for beginners.
Hatha Flow focuses on deepening your practice and creating inner balance by working in the poses with attention to alignment, breathing, and body awareness. This class also explores pranayama and vinyasa flow, yet is suitable for all levels.
Gentle yoga is a relaxing class consisting mostly of seated and restorative poses. Pranayama (breathwork) and gentle asanas will be utilized to cultivate mindfulness and reduce stress in the body. Great for people recovering from injuries, those who are new to yoga, or anyone seeking a tranquil and nourishing practice.
